Film, TV and research: Netflix, BBC and Carnegie Mellon
Aerial shots for Club de Cuervos, Netflix's first Spanish-language original series; for the BBC documentary on the Chicxulub crater, where the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs struck; and flights for Near Earth Autonomy projects with Carnegie Mellon University.

The challenge
International productions that demand cinema shots, precise flight plans and zero margin for error, to the standards of Netflix, the BBC and a robotics lab.
What we did
Certified pilots and aerial cinema gear: shot planning with the director, flight permits and safe operation on locations, natural sites and test fields.
The result
Our shots appear in Club de Cuervos (Netflix, 4 seasons, 2015 to 2019) and in the BBC documentary on Chicxulub, aired in 2017, which followed the scientists who drilled into the crater off the Yucatán Peninsula. A clip published by BBC Earth Science, «What Exactly Killed The Dinosaurs?», has over 2 million views. For Near Earth Autonomy and Carnegie Mellon we flew in support of their autonomous-flight research.
